Often times we think the answer to our problem has to be in a lab test!

And while this is true sometimes, we cannot just throw money at testing to get to the root of the problem.

With that being said, there are some basic blood tests that usually very helpful in helping me figure out how to keep you healthy.

The two options below are examples of some of the routine testing that I with my patients. We will then tailor these tests and add or subtract what you need as an individual. For example, we can add female or male hormone testing. Or we can look deeper at your thyroid health.
